Precision Door Service is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role focuses on answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing a positive, professional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
Schedule, reschedule, and adjust service appointments
Gather and enter customer information accurately
Communicate with technicians and office staff throughout the day
Handle customer questions and basic issue resolution
Update and maintain information in company systems
Support daily office operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service or office experience required
Strong phone and communication skills
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and other basic office programs.
Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
Experience with scheduling or dispatching preferred
ServiceTitan experience is highly favorable
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Position Details:
