The ideal candidate is patient, enjoys community activities, and is comfortable providing personal care while promoting independence and dignity.\n\n*Position #1 – Evening at Home & Weekend Community Support*\n\n*Schedule*\n\n* *Monday–Wednesday:* 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM\n* *Saturday & Sunday:* 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Assist with dinner and feeding as needed\n* Support evening hygiene routine, including toileting assistance and personal hygiene\n* Assist with getting ready for bed\n* Provide behavior support and positive reinforcement\n* Support community outings such as restaurants, parks, shopping, music, and recreational activities\n* Help build social skills, independence, and community participation\n* Collect ABA data as directed by the BCBA\n\n*Position #2 – Evening & Weekend Home Support*\n\n*Schedule*\n\n* *Thursday & Friday:* 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM\n* *Saturday & Sunday:* 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Assist with dinner and feeding as needed\n* Support evening hygiene routine, including toileting assistance and personal hygiene\n* Assist with getting ready for bed\n* Implement behavior intervention strategies\n* Promote independence during daily routines\n* Collect ABA data as directed by the BCBA\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification\n* Experience working with autistic adolescents or adults preferred\n* Calm, patient, and dependable\n* Strong communication and relationship-building skills\n* Comfortable working in home and community settings\n* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license\n\n*Personal Care Requirements*\n\nThis position includes providing personal care.
