Commercial Underwriting Manager is a full-time position that oversees a team of underwriters and support personnel, managing the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies while ensuring adherence to underwriting standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and set priorities for a large functional area or department Supervise a team of professionals responsible for operations and project outcomes Conduct employee performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Juris Doctor preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-7 years of directly related experience in the Title Industry 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
