At Personalizationmall.com, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced industry, in an inclusive work environment, working with other passionate individuals like yourself.\n\n1st Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm\nESSENTIAL DUTIES\n\nMonitor the quality standards via inspection of our manufactured product making sure it meets our customer expectations.\n\nOperate the quality control desk receiving quality questions or concerns, routing these issues to Operations Management and other support teams for resolution.\n\nAvoid waste and help create better efficiencies in the given areas.\n\nAssisting the Quality Control Analysist complete their daily duties.\n\nCross training when require in the production floor\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nInspect and report quality issues.\n\nApprove items that meet the quality standards expected by our customer.\n\nEnter defect information into the quality monitoring system.\n\nPerform all duties of the quality assurance personnel.\n\nDiagnose problems and contact appropriate teams for support.\n\nAt peak times we operate 24/7 operation; the proper candidate must be willing to work on either shift to provide this coverage.\n\nCommunicate with the support teams needed to solve issues within a timely manner.\n\nCommunicate with the Operations team about all aspects or problems in the area.\n\nRead, write and reply to all business emails and other forms of communication in English.\n\nPerform additional as required.\n\nRequirements\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\n\nHigh School Diploma required.\n\nMust read and speak English (Spanish is helpful)\n\nMust be comfortable working with a computer.\n\nMust be able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours.\n\nMust be able to push/pull carts and totes up to 25lbs.\n\nStrong communication Skills\n\nAnalytical skills\n\nPlanning and problem solving\n\nTeamwork\n\nThe expected hourly pay range for this position is $17.50 per hour .
