The candidate will provide program management and execution of launch vendor and satellite vendor integration in support of the Support Cell Launch Program Manager. SDA seeks a perceptive, creative leader with the ability to successfully solve challenging problems. The applicant must be confident and have a knack to digest complex ideas to determine the feasibility of success. Position will support SDA launch operations on-site at Vandenberg SFB this is not a remote position and must be at VSFB.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the SDA Launch Program Manager\nRetrieve and consolidate vendor-provided integrated master schedules (IMS)\nCoordinate inputs, develop and maintain launch integration schedules\nIdentify scheduling conflicts, critical paths, schedule risks and divergences\nDevelop internal briefing material as directed by the government team\nDevelop external facing products (briefings, emails, etc) with high standard and attention to detail\nBe cognizant of internal developments to inform programmatic and scheduling updates\nProvide general support to the SDA as tasked (coordinate meetings, briefings, etc)\nSupport application product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams (i.e. Government, Military, SETA, FFRDC, UARC, & Industry)\nDevelop, activate, and maintain hardware processing facilities for optimized hardware processing including the capability of processing parallel campaigns across different bays and locations\nManage and track multiple priorities while maintaining a focus towards common project goals\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree with relevant experience\n3+ years developing integrated master schedules with Microsoft Project, Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office\n3+ years Project Management experience\nHands on proficiency using presentation development tools, principally PowerPoint\nExcellent written and visual communication skills\nOrganizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize in an environment with limited resources and competing needs\nExperience with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment\nCreative thinking skills\nAbility to be diplomatic with a variety of individuals across the organizational infrastructure\nAbility to manage integration and testing of complex, multidisciplinary assemblies, and systems\nAbility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or relevant technical discipline\nPrior experience supporting space system development or the Department of Defense\nActive TS/SCI clearance\nAdditional Requirements:\nAbility to pass Air Force background check for Vandenberg\nWork schedule may vary depending on site operational needs, and flexibility is required\nAbility to support and supervise operations outside of normal business hours, when required\nFlight hardware typically is built in tight quarters and physical dexterity is required\nPerform work in an environment with exposure to fumes, odors, and noise using appropriate personal protective equipment\nPhysical effort including standing, lifting, and carrying moderately heavy materials or equipment (up to 35 pounds)\nBenefits\nQualis Corporation is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse and talented workforce who can contribute to the mission and vision of the Company.
