You will play a key role in shaping assessment practice, supporting colleagues and ensuring that all pupils, particularly the most disadvantaged, achieve highly.About The RoleAs a Lead Practitioner, you will:Lead and develop high-quality assessment practice across the TrustDrive improvements in pupil achievement through effective use of data and assessmentModel outstanding teaching and provide coaching and mentoring to colleaguesWork with leaders to quality assure teaching, curriculum and outcomesDesign and deliver impactful professional developmentContribute to curriculum refinement to ensure it is ambitious, inclusive and effectiveYou will also teach a Year 6 class at Lee Mount Academy and contribute to the wider leadership of the school.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Is a reflective and dedicated practitioner who thrives as part of a collaborative teamHas a strong understanding of assessment and uses this effectively to secure high levels of pupil achievementDemonstrates effective leadership, with the ability to inspire, coach and influence colleagues at all levelsIs research-informed, reflective in their practice and driven by continuous improvementYou will be an experienced upper Key Stage 2 teacher with a proven track record of securing strong outcomes and the ability to influence practice beyond your own classroom.Why join Impact Education?
