We are building at a pace and scale that requires construction leaders who can manage complex projects from structural build-outs through full interior fit-out and readiness for operations.\nAs a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction - including site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships across large-scale industrial projects that integrate both core/shell construction and data-center tenant-improvement scopes.\nThis role is ideal for professionals who excel at coordinating multiple trades, navigating complex technical requirements, and delivering high-quality facilities on time and on budget.\nWhat You'll Be Working On:\nLead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out\nManage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety\nOversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes\nMaintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders\nConduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards\nCoordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams\nProvide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost\nEnsure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field\n5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)\nExperience with large commercial/industrial projects\nStrong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems\nProficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam\nExcellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills\nAbility to travel ~30%\nBonus Points\nData center or mission-critical experience\nManaged $100M+ project scopes\nLean construction or sustainability experience\nHeavy MEP or electrical systems background\nBenefits:\nIndustry competitive pay\nRestricted Stock Units in a fast growing, well-funded technology company\nHealth insurance package options that include HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents\nEmployer contributions to HSA accounts\nPaid Parental Leave\nPaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability\nTeladoc\n401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary\nGenerous paid time off and holiday schedule\nCell phone reimbursement\nTuition reimbursement\nSubscription to the Calm app\nMetLife Legal\nCompany paid commuter benefit; $300/month\nCompensation Range\nCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $135,000 -$170,000 + Bonus.
