Systems Analyst/Developer","description":"PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION:\nPrimary Function of Position: The Business System Analyst will act as Workday Systems Analyst/Developer and possess both the functional & technical understanding of Workday HCM and will serve as primary source for Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support, configuration, and development of interfaces and functional enhancements.\nRoles and Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Workday platform.\nConfigure and design Workday HCM functional areas including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process and security.\nTroubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration’s platform.\nInvolve in building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.\nAnalyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis as required, and provide ISI business teams with cost efficient proposal on inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design.\nCreate functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams and development teams to deliver the technical objects.\nReview and contribute to design document, configuration documents and functional specifications.\nConduct Unit testing Integration testing, Regression testing and User acceptance testing.\nSupport ISI’s production processes and all associated business systems functions.\nWork with ISI IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.\nIdentify gaps between current and future state of business processes and helps in prioritizing opportunities to improving processes through the usage of Business capability matrix (BCM) Participate in business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.\nCollaborate and provide inputs to the development team during development phase to meet the business needs.\nConduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing.\nMaintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.\nWork closely with onsite team, offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.\nFollow the Intuitive change management process.\nAnalyze impact of changes to the corporate application landscape\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS\nSkill/Job Requirements Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst / Development experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support role.\nStrong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.\nHands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features including user management, roles/profiles, permission, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, conditions rules, validations, business process and notifications.\nExperience working with business end users, gathering requirements, and building detailed functional design specifications.\nExperience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.\nExperience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.\nWorkday Pro Certifications – Integrations and HCM preferred.\nAbility to work with minimum supervision or guidance.\nAbility to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.\nAbility to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nAble to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills both written and oral, interpersonal,
