contracts, scopes of work, plans, specifications, and project requirements.\nDevelop and oversee project execution plans prior to construction start.\nParticipate in project turnover meetings to for constructability, labor efficiencies, and risk mitigation.\nAssist with conceptual budgeting, design-build estimates, and value engineering exercises.\nIdentify potential cost overruns and develop corrective strategies before project execution.\nProject Planning and Execution\nDevelop detailed construction strategies and sequencing plans.\nAssist Project Managers and Superintendents with procurement planning and material management.\nSupport development of short-term and long-range project schedules.\nParticipate in pre-bid walkthroughs, site visits, and project planning meetings.\nIdentify project risks and develop contingency plans.\nCollaborate with field leadership to proactively resolve constructability concerns.\nOperational Excellence\nPromote Lean Construction planning processes company-wide.\nBusiness Development and Client Relations\nBuild and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, and industry partners.\nParticipate in project interviews, presentations, and business development efforts.\nSupport project pursuits by providing technical expertise and strategic planning.\nAssist leadership with market analysis and identification of growth opportunities.\nRepresent Midstate Mechanical in a professional and client-focused manner.\nTeam Leadership\nMentor estimators, project engineers, project managers, and preconstruction personnel.\nFacilitate collaboration between departments and project teams.\nFoster a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.\nSupport training and development initiatives for future leaders.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.\nEquivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.\nExperience\nMinimum 8 years of commercial construction experience.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a preconstruction, estimating, operations, or project management leadership role.\nStrong background in commercial mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or MEP construction.\nExperience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred.\nDemonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong understanding of commercial construction practices and methodologies.\nAdvanced knowledge of project scheduling and construction sequencing.\nExperience with design-build and negotiated project delivery methods.\nKnowledge of BIM coordination, prefabrication, and Lean Construction principles.\nStrong financial acumen and understanding of project budgets.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.\nAbility to analyze complex project information and make sound business decisions.\nStrong
