Information Technology Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to serve as the primary technology lead in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for a well-rounded IT professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats from infrastructure and user support to SQL reporting and plant-floor system support. You’ll partner closely with operations, leadership, and external vendors to keep systems secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. Title: IT ManagerType: Direct Hire/ PermanentLocation: Tulsa, OklahomaReason for Opening: Upcoming Retirement Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 (flexible upon experience) Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day IT operations across office and plant environmentsProvide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network issuesAdminister servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpointsManage ERP, MES, and manufacturing-related systemsDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL queries, reports, and databasesSupport data reporting for operations, inventory, and finance teamsOversee system integrations between production, ERP, and reporting toolsManage vendors, MSPs, telecom, and software providersLead cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and access controlsSupport IT projects, system upgrades, and technology roadmapsWrite and optimize SQL queries and stored proceduresTroubleshoot data issues across ERP and production systemsCreate operational and financial reports for leadershipSupport integrations using SQL-based data sourcesEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and performanceBarcode scanners, shop-floor PCs, and industrial devicesInventory, production, and supply chain reportingUptime-critical environments Required Qualifications5+ years of IT experience Hands-on SQL experience in a business environmentManufacturing or industrial IT experience strongly preferredStrong Windows, networking, and Microsoft stack knowledgeAbility to support both technical and non-technical usersComfortable working independently as the primary IT lead
