You will be encouraged to give structure to your own ideas and actively take part in design/project discussion. Through the internship period you will be exposed to real world working scenarios by contributing the following tasks:\r\nPreliminary mechanical design and layout\r\nDocument delivery coordination\r\nPreliminary load calculations\r\nResearching commercially available equipment\r\nProduct Research and Selection Assistance\r\nPreliminary Energy Modeling\r\nTo Qualify for Application\r\nThe successful Electrical Intern candidate should have\r\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering\r\nProven interest in sustainable design\r\nAbility to communicate thoughts and technical ideas\r\nAbility to learn and develop a working knowledge of building codes.\r\nAbility to work effectively within a team orientated collaborative environment.\r\nTo Be Competitive for this Role\r\nPreferred qualifications include\r\nMembership in technical society\r\nDesire to learn and grow\r\nPrior exposure to Revit MEP and AutoCAD\r\nInterface Benefits and Perks\r\nThe pay range for this position is $22.00/hour to $25.00/hour.\r\nPaid Time Off (PTO) immediate accrual starts on your first day of work.\r\nPaid Holidays.\r\n401(k) retirement plan\r\nSocial Equity\r\nWe are committed to social equity within our walls and out in our communities.
