This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining complex industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency. The Millwright will work closely with crew supervisor, to uphold safety standards and improve equipment performance. Candidates with a background in industrial electrician work, hydraulics, HVAC/R, or military service are highly encouraged to apply.\n\n*$28-32 per hour*\n\n*DRUG TEST REQUIRED*\n\n*Job Description:*\n\n* Properly attach and detach loads to cranes by providing support and preparing loads for movement with hand and power tools.\n* Determine proper gear, such as cables, pulleys, and winches, according to load weights and sizes needed for jobs.\n* Communicate with the crane operator using signals, and/or verbally to direct in hoisting weights and sizes needed for jobs.\n* Inspect rigging gear, cranes, and hoisting equipment for wear and safety compliance before and after use.\n* Help control the movement of heavy equipment through a narrow opening.\n* Follow OSHA and company safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe work environment and safely move or lift equipment.\n* Perform other duties as assigned\n* Proven experience as a Millwright or industrial mechanic within a manufacturing environment.\n* Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in hydraulics, HVAC/R, electrical systems, and welding techniques including welding.\n* Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and CMMS software.\n* Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately.\n\n*Job Requirements:*\n\n* Must be up-to-date on OSHA safety standards and willing to comply with them.\n* Familiarity with all necessary safety equipment.\n* Able to sit, stand, bend, and lift to 50 lbs regularly\n* Ability to climb ladders and work at heights on scaffolding without issue.\n* Must be reliable, hardworking, and have a team player mentality.\n\n*Experience:*\n\n* Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial rigging or heavy equipment moving.\n\n*How to Apply:*\n\nVisit us in person at *51 Concourse Way, Greer, SC 29650*\n*Applications accepted Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM*\n*Walk-ins welcome!* Bring *two valid forms of ID* with you.\n\nAsk for *Recruiter Codi*.
