This role ensures the reliability and scalability of network management systems and supports operations by integrating network telemetry, observability, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong networking fundamentals with expertise in monitoring and automation tools.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain network monitoring and management tools platforms.\nSupport and administer tools such as Solarwinds, LogiSplunk, Nagios, LiveNX.\nDevelop and manage custom integrations, dashboards, and APIs between network tools and IT systems.\nBuild and maintain automation workflows for network provisioning, configuration management, and data collection (e.g., using Ansible, Python, or REST APIs).\nEnsure availability, performance, and scalability of network tools infrastructure.\nCollaborate with network operations, engineering, and security teams to define monitoring and alerting standards.\nManage data ingestion pipelines for logs, SNMP traps, syslogs, and streaming telemetry.\nCreate and maintain documentation, topology maps, and operational runbooks.\nParticipate in incident response and assist in root cause analysis through monitoring data and metrics.\nEvaluate and recommend new tools or enhancements to improve visibility, automation, and efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with security and change management policies.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\n\nBachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.\n7+ years of experience in network tools deployment & management.\nHands-on experience with at least two network monitoring/management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, NetBrain, Splunk, Cisco DNA Center, ThousandEyes).\nSolid understanding of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs).\nStrong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and data processing.\nExperience with Linux system administration and API-based integrations.\nFamiliarity with cloud and hybrid network monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nPreferred:\n\nMonitoring/automation certifications (SolarWinds Certified Professional, Ansible Certified Engineer, etc.).\nNetworking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).\nExperience with Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins for network automation and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nKey Skills:\n\nStrong technical expertise in network monitoring and management tools.\nExcellent scripting and automation capabilities.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams.\nGood documentation and communication skills.\nProactive mindset for platform reliability and continuous improvement\n\nAre you interested ?
