Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and professional Over-the-Road Truck Drivers to join our team. This position is ideal for drivers who are comfortable staying out for extended periods and are committed to delivering freight safely and on time across long distances.Drivers in this role are expected to remain on the road for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks, followed by 1 full week at home. The ideal candidate will have strong trip-planning skills, a solid understanding of DOT regulations, and a commitment to excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a tractor-trailer to transport freight over long distancesRemain out on the road for at least 4 weeks at a time, followed by 1 week homePerform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipmentEnsure freight is transported safely, securely, and delivered on timeMaintain accurate logs and records in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulationsFollow all safety procedures, company policies, and traffic lawsCommunicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, route changes, and delivery updatesReport vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or violations immediatelySecure cargo properly and verify load information before departureManage time efficiently and plan routes to maximize productivity and on-time deliveryMaintain cleanliness and professional appearance of truck and equipmentProvide professional and courteous service to customers, shippers, and receiversQualificationsValid CDL Class A license requiredMinimum 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience preferredClean driving record and strong safety history preferredAbility to stay out on the road for a minimum of 4 weeks at a timeAbility to comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulationsMust pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and MVR reviewCurrent DOT medical card requiredStrong knowledge of Hours of Service regulationsAbility to operate electronic logging devices (ELD) and use GPS/navigation systemsGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be reliable, punctual, and professionalPreferred QualificationsExperience with dry van, reefer, flatbed, or dedicated freightExperience driving in multiple states and varying weather conditionsEndorsements are a plus, depending on freight typeBasic mechanical knowledge is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while drivingAbility to enter and exit the cab safely multiple times per dayAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, as neededAbility to bend, climb, reach, and secure loads when requiredAbility to work in changing weather and road conditionsCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceHome time: 1 week home after 4 weeks on the roadDirect depositSupportive dispatch and operations team Company DescriptionWe are hiring CDL Class A Over-the-Road Truck Drivers for full-time long-haul positions.
