We are looking for experienced sales leaders to drive business growth across high-volume retail channels and key soft goods categories.This opportunity includes two focus tracks. Candidates may apply based on their strongest category and retail channel experience:Track 1: Club / Private LabelFocused on driving high-volume club retail opportunities across categories including Apparel & Kids, Home & Pets, and related consumer product categories. The ideal candidate has strong established relationships within club channels such as Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, or similar high-volume retailers, and can develop private label programs that balance product trend, pricing, margin, and speed to market.Track 2: Sleep, Lounge & RobesFocused on driving branded, licensed brand, and private label opportunities within men’s and women’s sleepwear, loungewear, robes, and related soft apparel categories. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in sleep, lounge, and robe businesses, with strong relationships across better department stores and mid-tier department stores.In both tracks, this role requires a commercially driven sales leader who can open doors, build meaningful retail partnerships, connect product opportunities with customer needs, and drive profitable business growth.Qualifications7+ years of sales experience in home, apparel, kids, pets, accessories, sleepwear, loungewear, robes, soft apparel, or related consumer product categoriesStrong established relationships within relevant retail channels, including club retailers, better department stores, mid-tier department stores, or other high-volume retail accountsProven ability to open new accounts, manage key retail relationships, and drive meaningful business growthExperience developing and selling private label, branded, or licensed brand programsStrong understanding of retail dynamics, including pricing, margin, assortment planning, seasonal selling calendars, and speed-to-market requirementsAbility to connect product trend, customer needs, pricing, and market demand to create compelling retail opportunitiesStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skillsSelf-driven, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-focused environmentApplication NoteWe are currently hiring for two Sales Leader focus areas.
