communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nAssemble large clinical outcome datasets for ingestion into Caris systems.\r\nContribute to architecture design and development of clinical informatics and BI infrastructure.\r\nEstablish access to electronic medical records via database access, FHIR, HL7, APIs, or other methods.\r\nGather business requirements in an agile manner and build dashboard outputs based on ETL-sourced data.\r\nAdhere to documented departmental and corporate standards.\r\nAssist with related duties and special projects as required.\r\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field.\r\n3+ years ETL programming.\r\n3+ years working with relational databases.\r\nHL7 experience.\r\nCertified in Epic Beaker and/or Epic Bridges.\r\nAbility to work independently solving application software problems.\r\nExperience with external access and ETL strategies across multiple data sources/EMR systems.\r\nAbility to assemble/query complex data; perform in-depth analysis.\r\nRelational DB experience (e.g., Microsoft SQL, MySQL).\r\nProficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic business Internet use.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Advanced IT/security and system life-cycle knowledge.\r\n3+ years ETL in analytic/dashboard environments (healthcare preferred).\r\nJavaScript scripting skills.\r\nExperience deploying ETL solutions (e.g., Mirth Connect, CloverETL).\r\nStrong leadership, communication, teamwork, and customer-service focus.\r\nDescription of Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage options;
