We are growing quickly and looking for a professional, caring team member to manage new client inquiries and support our nurse assessment and scheduling process.✨ Position SummaryThe Phone Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for new home-care inquiries. This role handles phone calls, online leads, and follow-ups, ensuring every family receives fast, warm, and professional communication.You will work closely with our RN and scheduling team to set up nurse assessments, collect basic client information, and support care-plan coordination.This is an excellent role for someone who is organized, loves speaking with people, and wants to grow in the home-care or healthcare field.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional mannerComplete initial phone intake and gather essential client information (needs, timeline, location, funding)Schedule RN assessments and confirm appointments with clients/familiesConduct follow-up calls/texts to warm leads and potential clientsSupport the creation and documentation of client profiles in the CRMCoordinate with the Care Coordinator/Scheduler to plan start dates and caregiver assignmentsMaintain a clear and organized pipeline of inquiries and follow-upsProvide excellent customer service and represent the FirstLight Home Care brand🧩 QualificationsStrong communication skills (phone, text, and email)Warm, empathetic, and professional phone presenceHighly organized and able to manage multiple leads at onceComfortable with scheduling, note-taking, and basic computer/CRM tasksExperience in home care, senior care, hospitality, or administrative support preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently with accountabilityMust pass a background check⏰ Schedule & CompensationFlexible part-time or full-time scheduleSome remote work may be possible after trainingCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceOpportunity for performance-based incentives (e.g., closed leads, scheduled assessments)💛 Why Join FirstLight Home Care?Supportive, family-like work environmentMeaningful work that directly helps seniors and their familiesFlexible work from home options available.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a local franchisee.
