For more information, visit Amplify.com.\nAmplify is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the Business Systems team to lead, coordinate and own a diverse portfolio of technology projects across core systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce (CPQ, etc.) This role partners closely with Product Owners, Business Systems teams, and Amplify leadership to manage interdependencies across concurrent, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will own projects from concept through implementation while helping deliver scalable, enterprise-wide technology solutions.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nLead business process analysis, software development, and complex technology transformation projects across cross-functional teams.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from small initiatives to large, multi-phase programs.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk registers aligned with project scope and complexity.\nProvide hands-on leadership for cross-functional teams with a focus on schedule, scope, quality, and clear communication.\nFoster a highly collaborative project environment and encourage strong cross-departmental partnerships.\nConduct project risk assessments and proactively communicate mitigation strategies.\nServe as the single point of contact for assigned projects, owning delivery from initial concept through final implementation.\nPlan and lead project meetings, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress tracking.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of Technical Project Manager experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.\n3+ years of experience working with enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce (CPU, etc.)\nExperience managing complex technology transformation initiatives.\nExperience managing projects in a Hybrid Project Methodology environment.\nStrong communication, organizational, and project planning skills\nSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related project experience working in agile and hybrid environments.\nAbility to work semi-autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience using Jira, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with change management\nExperience with Smartsheet’s\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent\nAmplify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
