Our team of experts operates across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, driving innovation and excellence in complex, fast-paced environments.We are currently expanding our U.S. operations, with a focus on AI infrastructure and data center development.What You’ll Do As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), You will: Lead the execution of critical initiatives across engineering and operational teams, ensuring alignment with program milestones and business objectives.Coordinate action items from leadership meetings, driving accountability and timely delivery.Support teams in collecting and validating progress reports, metrics, and updates for senior leadership reviews.Develop and maintain program timelines, communicating progress and dependencies across stakeholders.Facilitate collaboration between hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals and deliverables.Drive clarity and execution in complex, ambiguous environments by bringing structure and prioritization.Set up and manage AI infrastructure testbeds, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and coordinate issue resolution with customers and global teams.Travel occasionally (a couple of weeks at a time) to support offsite data centers and client engagements.This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates on the U.S. West Coast time zone.Who You Are10+ experience in data centers in a technical program management or engineering roleDepth of experience in data center operations.
