We are looking for an individual with integrity and a strong work ethic that wants to be part of and work in a team environment. Previous military, law enforcement and/or 3+ years security with supervisory experience for priority hiring.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\n· Report to Major Project Manager and Assistant Manager and provide updates and reports as required.\n\n· Required to be on-site during scheduled hours.\n\n· Ability and willingness to cover open positions during short staffing or for emergency call-offs.\n\n· Administers guard management software to all locations.\n\n· Manage scheduling of all employees.\n\n· Attend regular/routine meetings with the client, supervisors, and subordinates.\n\n· Maintains security post instructions and other required records.\n\n· Deliver training where/when applicable.\n\n· Ensure all security and safety equipment is in good working condition.\n\n· Conduct Interviews and hire employees.\n\n· Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by all assigned employees and give corrective action (On the Spot, PMRs, PIPs) where appropriate.\n\n· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.\n\nExperience Qualifications:\n\n· Previous security experience (3+ years) preferred.\n\n· Previous Team Leader/Supervisor skills preferred.\n\n· Must be a US citizen or present valid right to work paperwork.\n\n· Have no felony convictions, no convictions for misdemeanors involving moral turpitude (verified by fingerprint based criminal background check).\n\n· Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication.\n\n· Have a high school education or suitable equivalent.\n\n· Must pass drug screening.\n\n· Experience with Winteam Software preferred.\n\nEducation Qualifications:\n\n· High School Diploma or equivalent\n\n· Strong written and oral communication skills\n\n· Strong computer skills\n\n· Customer service skills\n\n· Computer Skills\n\nUncommon Physical Requirements:\n\n· Perform routine lengthy foot patrols across varying terrain.\n\n· Ability to stand for long periods of time without assistance.\n\n· Ability to step up and down from trucks to perform inspections.\n\n· Ability to work in both indoors and outdoors environments.\n\nSecurity Engineers, Inc.
