Within JSI, the Health Services Division evaluates and strengthens the public health and publicly funded health systems in the United States.\n\nThe Program Coordinator position is designed to provide a breadth of exposure to multiple areas of domestic public health for a recent graduate or early career professional looking to launch a career in public health, health policy, or a related field. For this role, we are looking for someone who embraces opportunities for growth and thrives in roles of responsibility with quick turnaround times. All staff members work across multiple projects simultaneously with a high-level of individual accountability, discretion and independent judgment. This dynamic position provides an opportunity to contribute to health and equity through applied technical assistance, data-driven research and evaluation, systems strengthening, and policy change.\n\nSalary range: $45,502 to $73,219 based on location & experience\nThe preference is for this position to be based in Bow, NH or Boston, MA. We bring an equity lens to both projects and operations and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate and implement daily project activities focused on training and technical assistance, synthesizing data, program evaluation, and/or policy including:\n\nproviding direct, respectful, and empathetic technical assistance to external clients and agencies via telephone and email;\n\nhandling logistics of project events (interviews, meetings, trainings, workshops, webinars);\n\nmonitoring and summarizing relevant public health and health policy news to alert internal teams to key issues;\n\nconducting background research through web and literature searches and quantitative data sources;\n\nsummarizing and synthesizing project activities through notetaking, activity progress reports, and project tracking;
