This role requires strong hands on performance testing expertise along with the ability to lead teams and engage directly with customer stakeholders.\r\nWhat you will do\r\nDefine and own the overall performance testing strategy across programs\r\nLead and mentor a team of performance test engineers\r\nAct as the primary performance testing point of contact for customer stakeholders\r\nTranslate business and non functional requirements into clear performance goals\r\nDrive hands on performance test design and scripting using k6 with JavaScript\r\nReview test results and guide teams on performance improvements\r\nWork closely with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to resolve bottlenecks\r\nWhat we are looking for\r\n12+ years of experience in performance testing with strong hands on expertise\r\nProven experience in a Lead or Manager role managing performance testing teams\r\nStrong hands on experience scripting performance tests using k6 and JavaScript\r\nDeep understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and metrics\r\nExperience defining performance strategies for complex enterprise systems\r\nAbility to communicate clearly with senior customer and engineering stakeholders\r\nTool stack\r\nPerformance Testing: k6 with JavaScript is mandatory\r\nAPI Testing: Postman, Java with Rest Assured\r\nVisualization and Reporting: Grafana\r\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\r\nMinimum Compensation: USD 48,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
