AI Implementation Strategist

Someone who has deployed AI systems clients rely on every day.Someone who can see what is missing from a business and build it with AI.You'll own the AI infrastructure for 10+ client accounts end to end.You'll build autonomous agents, integrate the tools, and document everything so the team can scale.The RoleSet up OpenClaw on client VPS infrastructure (Hostinger, GCP) with Tailscale configuration.Build and deploy autonomous AI agents: sales agents, CSM agents, content agents, Shopify agents, reporting dashboards.Integrate AI with client tools like Shopify MCP, Slack, GHL, Monday.com, and Google Sheets.Own client communication from onboarding through ongoing updates, responding within 24 hours Monday to Friday.Document every system so another specialist can replicate it from your docs alone.Manage a portfolio of 10+ active client accounts across builds, updates, and reporting.This Is for You If...AI-Obsessed Builder: You consume AI daily and ship working systems before anyone asks.Owner Mindset: You treat every client account like your own business.Technical Self-Starter: You figure it out from docs, YouTube, and the terminal.Over-Communicator: Clients and teammates always know where every build stands.Skills & ExperienceMust-Haves:2+ years building or deploying AI agents and automation workflows (LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)Hands-on experience with VPS setup and server management (Hostinger, GCP, DigitalOcean, or similar)Experience integrating APIs (Shopify, Slack, GHL, Monday.com, Google Sheets)Experience managing a portfolio of 5+ concurrent client accountsExcellent English skills (C2 level).Nice-to-Haves:OpenClaw and Tailscale experienceShopify MCP experienceSales or customer success backgroundWhat We OfferCompensation: Up to $7,000/month. Base $4,500 draw plus 20% commission on retainer MRR you manage.Bonuses: $750 per build delivered on time and client-approved. $1,500 per in-house specialist placement.Schedule: Remote, Monday to Friday, available EST.Ownership: You run your own client pod.
