Custodial Manager
CYNWAVE Solutions is seeking a dynamic Custodial Manager to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across our facility. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of restrooms, dorm rooms, flooring, kitchen areas, locker rooms, laundry facilities, offices, hallways, elevators, escalators, common areas, and surrounding building perimeters. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cleaning staff, selecting and utilizing appropriate cleaning products and equipment, and promptly addressing any maintenance issues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.
Job Summary:
The Custodial Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the cleaning activities of all assigned facilities. They also prepare the work schedules in advance and handle customer requests.

Shifts Available: Day Shift
Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English
Duties:
Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards
Plan and coordinate the activities of custodial supervisors and their crew
Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
Apply human resource management skills, such as hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating performance
Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget
Handle administrative tasks
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in the janitorial field.
