You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, negotiate agreements, and ensure the successful integration of data solutions - use cases are inclusive of audiences, measurement, optimization – into our platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, data products and pricing, supply chain dynamics, and quality assurance processes, along with a passion for data-driven decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStrategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with a diverse set of data providers to enhance the DSP's data offerings.\nNegotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations for data partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.\nData Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate new data sources into the DSP, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.\nMarket Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape related to data partnerships in the digital advertising ecosystem.\nPerformance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure the success of data partnerships and regularly report on performance to senior management.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align data partnership strategies with overall business objectives.\nStay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies that may impact supply quality and marketplace dynamics.\nThought Leadership: Represent PulsePoint at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our data capabilities and partnerships.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.\n10+ years of experience in data partnerships, business development, or a related role within the digital advertising or technology industry.\nStrong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).\nProven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nFamiliarity with programmatic advertising and DSP technologies is a plus.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, even in situations where they are not the direct reporting manager.\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.\nTime zone:\n9am-6pm ET preferred, or start at 10am ET at the latest.
