This role balances leadership, coaching, scheduling, quality assurance, and problem-solving to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for adults participating in ZINEniac programs.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high standards, and creating positive experiences for clients and personnel alike.\nResponsibilities\nStaff Supervision\nProvide daily supervision and leadership to Teachers, Program Aides, and Drivers.\nAssign daily responsibilities and ensure adequate personnel coverage.\nMonitor personnel attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and performance.\nConduct classroom and program observations and provide coaching and feedback.\nAssist with onboarding and training new personnel.\nAddress minor performance concerns and escalate significant issues to the Program Manager when appropriate.\nPromote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.\nProgram Operations\nOversee daily operations to ensure programs run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.\nMonitor client attendance and personnel ratios.\nEnsure activities and lesson plans are delivered according to program expectations.\nCoordinate transportation schedules with drivers and instructional personnel.\nEnsure classrooms, activity spaces, and vehicles remain organized, clean, and safe.\nAssist with client arrivals, departures, transitions, and community outings.\nParticipant Support\nBuild positive relationships with clients, families, schools, support coordinators, and community partners.\nAssist personnel in responding appropriately to participant needs and behavioral challenges.\nEnsure clients are treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism.\nHelp resolve client and family concerns promptly and professionally.\nCompliance & Safety\nEnsure compliance with ZINEniac policies, safety procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.\nComplete required incident reports, transportation documentation, attendance records, and daily program reports.\nConduct routine safety checks of classrooms, equipment, and vehicles.\nRespond appropriately to emergencies and support personnel during crisis situations.\nQualifications\nRequired\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in public health or social work (preferred).\nMinimum of two (2) years of supervisory, leadership, or program coordination experience.\nExperience working in education, human services, youth programs, adult services, recreation, or community-based programs.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities.\nValid New Jersey Driver's License with a clean driving record.\nAbility to pass all required background checks.\nPreferred\nBachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, Psychology, Recreation, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience supervising teachers, aides, drivers, or direct support professionals.\nExperience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).\nCPR and First Aid Certification.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.\nPay Structure\nThis is a 1099 - Independent Contractor role, not a W-2.\nThis role is an EXEMPT salary.\nJoin us in creating empowering programs that transform lives!
