Location: Fort Novosel (formerly Fort Rucker), Alabama Work Schedule: Flexible hours based on religious services and eventsSome evening, weekend, and holiday work may be requiredQualifications: Have an AMS Catechist Certification or ability to obtain one.Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparation and support of Catholic Masses and religious servicesMaintain Catholic community registration and sacramental recordsPrepare weekly bulletins, announcements, and monthly community calendarsCoordinate and publicize Catholic community events and Holy DaysPrepare facility reservation requests and event materialsTrack attendance and assist with quarterly and monthly reportsParticipate in required meetings and coordinate with chaplain staffPowered by JazzHR
