You will focus on execution of programs through the product life cycle. You will work closely with team leads to develop and manage end to end program plans. This includes establishing and managing internal processes, schedules, metrics, risks, and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You will work with both technical and non-technical teams.\r\nThis role is focused on program management of Go-to-Market launches. You will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional launches, bridging Product and Engineering with business functions such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Enablement. You will shepherd individual launches as well as develop a roadmap for, and execute on, GTM operations efficiency.\r\nThis is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.\r\nImpact You'll Own\r\nOrchestrate cross-functional efforts across teams such as engineering, product, design, sales, marketing, enablement, and customer support for major Go-to-Market releases.\r\nScope and manage program schedules, break those into incremental milestones, and hold owners accountable.\r\nDevelop, implement and maintain feedback loop from Sales back to Product and Engineering to inform future product development.\r\nTranslate requirements across business and technical stakeholders with communication clarity.\r\nIdentify dependencies and risks and proactively mitigate them.\r\nFacilitate decision making through data-driven analysis and healthy debate.\r\nCommunicate vertically and horizontally across Planet to keep stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, risks, and changes to requirements or plans.\r\nIdentify operational efficiencies and define a GTM ops roadmap.\r\nDrive for results by continuously improving ways of working and processes, now and for the future.\r\nWhat You Bring\r\n4+ years of program management experience in the area of technology products, from concept through development, launch, deprecation, and end-of-life.\r\nExperience leading cross-functional teams across a broad organization.\r\nTenacity to follow-through with focus on program delivery.\r\nAnalytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills paired with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations.\r\nEqually comfortable explaining your analyses and recommendations to business leaders as you are discussing technical trade-offs with engineers.\r\nAbility to balance the tactical day-to-day with forward-looking improvements to scale operational efficiencies.\r\nActively explores AI technologies to automate workflows, improve data, or enhance team productivity.\r\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\r\nA desire to improve processes, tools, and ways of working to scale operations cycles.\r\nExperience with GTM tech stack: admin and provisioning systems, SFDC, integration middleware.\r\nExperience with remote sensing, earth observation data, or geospatial systems.\r\nExperience working with remote, worldwide teams.\r\nA growth mindset and a desire to learn quickly.\r\nCompensation\r\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is listed below.
