About the Opportunity:The AI/ML Engineer is responsible for developing and deploying AI-enabled solutions to enhance Finance Shared Services. This role focuses on building machine learning models, large language model components, and agentic automations that surpass traditional robotic process automation. The position is central to integrating AI capabilities into production environments with the reliability and governance standards required by enterprise finance systems, contributing to the organization’s operational efficiency and innovation.3. Responsibilities:Develop and deploy ML models, LLM-enabled components, and agentic automations for Finance Shared Services use casesIntegrate AI components with UiPath automations using Maestro, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining as appropriateCollaborate with Solution Architects and Senior AI/ML Engineer on architecture alignment, reuse, and standardsManage model lifecycle practices including evaluation, monitoring, drift detection, and retrainingParticipate in code review, source control, continuous integration/delivery, and testingSupport production solutions by triaging incidents and delivering root-cause fixesMonitor emerging AI capabilities and recommend applicable solutions for Finance4. Requirements:Experience developing and deploying ML models and AI-enabled automationsFamiliarity with UiPath automation tools such as Maestro, AI Center, and Document UnderstandingKnowledge of model lifecycle management including monitoring and retrainingStrong software engineering practices including code review, source control, CI/CD, and testingAbility to troubleshoot and resolve production issuesAwareness of current AI and machine learning trends applicable to finance5.
