data-driven decision-making.Monitor application health, operational KPIs, and performance metrics.Stakeholder & Governance ManagementConduct executive programme reviews and governance meetings.Communicate programme status, risks, mitigation plans, and key achievements to leadership.Manage customer expectations and ensure stakeholder alignment across global teams.Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to drive successful programme execution.Risk Management & Continuous ImprovementIdentify programme risks, dependencies, and technical challenges proactively.Establish mitigation and contingency plans.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery excellence, automation, and operational efficiency.Required Technical SkillsApplication KnowledgeStrong experience in Java/J2EE application development.Hands-on understanding of:Spring BootREST APIsMicroservices ArchitectureDistributed SystemsExperience with enterprise application integration patterns.PythonProficiency in Python for:AutomationBackend DevelopmentData ProcessingAPI IntegrationOperational ToolingUI knowledgeStrong understanding of modern UI
