The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.\nThis is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA.\nEssential Job Functions:\nDuties include, but not limited to:\nDirectly oversee activities of division front office contractor team: two Business Process managers; personnel and training manager; executive administrative support person.\nRegularly review and update current Division policies and develop new policies. Monitor division processes for sufficiency and efficiency and make modifications, as needed. Regularly review policy letters and update as needed to establish and maintain good order and discipline for division processes.\nCommunicate division-level requirements to lower management levels and assist in implementation of effective processes to meet those requirements.\nPerform review of all staff packages and formal correspondence for applicability, completeness, format, and overall quality. Perform appropriate coordination prior to delivery to the division chief. Initiate and guide efforts to improve division business processes.\nReview acquisition documents and provide comments with programmatic perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
