Associate Attorney - Probate Litigation

Gardner Law is a small to mid-size San Antonio law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing Probate Litigation team. Our probate litigation practice focuses on complex and sensitive matters including will contests, trust disputes, contested guardianships, and estate administration. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in probate litigation and/or estate administration and will assist with managing cases from initial filing through resolution.
