{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"7707e0fc6c21a1f804007d3e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7707e0fc6c21a1f804007d3e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7707e0fc6c21a1f804007d3e","title":"Lead Systems Engineer","description":"DCS is looking for a systems engineer to lead a team performing a wide range of complex systems engineering services to ensure the Army Program Manager is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and other requirements.\nEssential Job Functions:\nMust be capable of leading efforts in:\nLeadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts;\nJoint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS);\nSystem and/or software integration, platform integration\nInteroperability with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems;\nTechnical or operational testing; g. Sustainment and refreshment of capabilities;\nConfiguration management, planning and strategy meetings, program review and coordination meetings;\nGeneral systems engineering, systems implementation planning and system test and evaluation services;\nPrepare specifications, plans, analyses, modeling, testing, simulations and reports;\nReview engineering output in the areas of systems level operation and maintenance procedures, performance improvements criteria, tools assessments, metrics management, quality assurance, configuration management, technical orders, and maintenance practices;\nConduct systems engineering trade-off analysis;\nProvides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces and all the systems level requirements to provide an integrated solution.\nRequired Skills:\nDue to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance is required.\nBachelor's in engineering and 12 years of related experience.\nDesired Skills:\nDAU Level certification in Systems Engineering or related area.\nPay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.\nThe proposed salary range for this position is:\nSalary max: $124k\nAt DCS, we pride ourselves on providing flexibility that allows employees to balance meaningful work with their personal lives.
