This is an exciting role that offers exposure to bookkeeping, project coordination, and logistics . The role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organised, paperwork moving, and operations running smoothly. You will work closely with the president and operations team to help ensure that project documentation, vendors, and internal processes stay on track.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project documentation including contracts, W-9s, COIs, and compliance paperworkAssist with vendor and subcontractor onboardingMaintain organised project files and recordsTrack outstanding documentation and follow up with vendors and subcontractorsAssist with scheduling coordination and internal communicationSupport project managers with operational tasksAssist with Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableWhat We're SeekingConstruction coordination or project administration experienceHighly organised and detail-orientedComfortable wearing multiple hatsStrong communication skills and follow-throughBasic bookkeeping or AP/AR experience is a plusCompensation$50,000 – $60,000 salary (negotiable)100% employer-paid health insurance401(k) with matchingTwo weeks of vacationIf this sounds like your next opportunity, we would love to speak with you.
