At Cohere Beauty, we’re here for what’s next.  Job Summary  The School Sales Support Specialist is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for all inside sales and customer service needs within the Cosmetology/Beauty School and Dealer business units. This is what you will do:   ·        Solve pricing errors for customers and sales representatives.·        Review and process return authorizations, and replacements, and prepare credit memos.·        Answer questions and help solve problems for customers, sales reps, and internal departments.·        Review order reports for status updates to ensure there is nothing overlooked.·        Processing of all TKG Portal EDI orders.·        Work closely with the Warehouse, Accounting, I.T., Shipping, Sales, and Purchasing departments.·        Maintain orders for outside Sales Reps.·        Point of contact for internal School and Dealer customer calls.·        Track orders and shipments as needed.·        Provide freight quotes upon request.·        Work with Freight Carriers to reroute and troubleshoot shipments if needed.·        Handle TKG-specific shipping shortages and issues.·        Primary contact for TKG personnel.·        Order Entry of all forms of incoming orders: phone, fax, email, mail.·        Primary processor of employee, sample, offsite, and intercompany orders.·        Processing International paperwork: Invoice processing, generating all needed customs documents.·        Work directly with freight forwarder companies and customs brokers.·        Communicate effectively with others.·        Perform work onsite.·        Perform other duties as assigned.This is what you will need: ·        High School diploma or equivalent.·        Customer Service experience.·        Inside sales experience.·        Able to interact positively and effectively with internal and external customers.·        Ability to read, write, and speak English competently. Spanish speaking a plus but not required.·        Ability to maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.·        Strong data entry skills.·        Microsoft Office programs and 10-key.·        General office skills and good telephone skills.·        Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and multitasking required.·        Strong attention to detail.·        Knowledge of freight situations (preferred).·        Able to defuse situations (preferred).·        AS400 experience (preferred).We enthusiastically welcome your application, as we recognize the invaluable perspective, experience, and potential you possess.
