Experience with ERP systems and Power BI is a plus\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLogistics Operations: Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company standards.\nData Analysis: Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Provide actionable insights to enhance operational performance.\nExcel Reporting: Utilize intermediate Excel skills to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts, to support logistics decision-making.\nCommunication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure clear and professional communication regarding logistics schedules, updates, and issue resolution.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nProblem Solving: Address and resolve logistics-related challenges, such as delays, discrepancies, or inventory shortages, in a timely and effective manner.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nProven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.\nStrong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings clearly.\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and formulas).\nExcellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nBetter if you have:\nPrior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).\nFamiliarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting\nWhat’s In It For You :\nAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
