The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing product recommendations to meet their requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, managing customer inquiries, increasing sales, and fostering strong customer relationships. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skillsProficiency in sales, customer service, and building relationshipsStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentPrior experience in sales or customer-focused roles is preferredProficiency with CRM tools and basic knowledge of office productivity softwareAdaptability to learn about new products and services quicklyHigh school degree or equivalent; college education is an advantage
