Licensed Insurance Sales Producer – Property & Casualty

Job Description:    If you’re licensed, actively producing, and ready to grow your income in a strong agency environment, this may be your next move.   Rani Alfers Farmers Insurance Agency in Dallas is hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our growing, performance-driven team.   We are a locally owned Farmers agency specializing in all lines of Property and Casualty insurance. This is a true agency sales role focused on relationship-building, consultative conversations, and closing business with integrity.   We’re looking for someone who understands agency life and thrives in a structured, goal-driven environment. We support one another, communicate openly, and celebrate wins, while holding high standards for performance.   This role is designed for someone who wants to increase their earning potential, take ownership of their results, and grow within a respected local agency.   Responsibilities  Quote and close Auto, Home, and Specialty insurance policies  Work warm leads and follow up consistently  Cross-sell and round out existing accounts  Track daily activity and premium goals  Build long-term client relationships  Deliver a consultative and professional sales experience  Maintain clean documentation and follow agency systems   Requirements  Active Texas Property and Casualty License required at time of application  Minimum 1 year of experience in a Property and Casualty insurance agency sales role strongly preferred  Experience with Farmers, Allstate, State Farm, or similar agency environment highly valued  Documented track record of meeting or exceeding monthly production goals  Comfortable working toward daily outbound activity expectations and premium targets  Confident on the phone with strong consultative selling and closing ability  Highly self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for personal results  Able to thrive in a goal-driven, performance-based environment   What's It's Like to Be on Our Team  We care deeply about how we show up for our clients and for each other.
