This is a great opportunity to connect with an established international company.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nAs an Automated Assembly Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running a production machine that automatically assembles hardware for kitchen cabinets such as door hinges or pull systems for drawers. Most of the required skills and duties will be learned through extensive on-the-job training.\n\nAdditional responsibilities for this Operator position include:\n\nStartup/shutdown machines per recommended methods\nMaintain proper levels of material in hoppers and adjacent work area\nComplete all visual and measurable quality checks as directed\nMonitor machine operation and take corrective action when necessary\nComply with all safety guidelines/procedures\nMaintain all required housekeeping standards\nMaintain accurate production report data\nClear all jams/errors following recommended troubleshooting methods\nComplete product changeovers as directed\nCross trained to run various processes and operate multiple machines as required to meet production schedules\nConsistently meet machine output rates established by Industrial Engineering\n\nJob Requirements\n\nTo be successful in this type of position, we need team players who bring a positive attitude to the work place and enjoy being around and working with others.
