DCIM Learning and Development Specialist

The DCIM Learning & Development Specialist I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the delivery of training programs for internal teams and customers. This role focuses on building foundational knowledge of Sunbird’s software and training processes while delivering structured training with guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver basic training sessions (virtual and in-person) using established materials and curriculaAssist in creating and updating training materials, including documentation, presentations, and videosSupport senior team members in organizing and preparing training sessionsMaintain accurate training records and documentationGather participant feedback and report insights to improve training programsCollaborate with internal teams to stay informed on product updatesParticipate in ongoing learning to build product and instructional knowledgeRequired Qualifications & Skills0–2 years of experience in training, teaching, or customer-facing rolesStrong communication and presentation skills with a willingness to develop furtherBasic technical aptitude and ability to learn software systems quicklyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow established processes and meet deadlinesComfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentAdditional InformationTravel: Occasional travel may be required for onsite training engagements.Work Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, to support training schedules and at times, global teams.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for content creation and training deliveryAbility to attend and present continuously for more than two or more hours during training sessions and webinarsWhy SunbirdWe are all about delighting our clients and live/breathe the end client/user experienceWe believe in collaboration, teamwork, creativity and taking initiativeRead on for additional details about this opportunity to join our amazing team!
