They have an excellent benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, 18 days of PTO, and an excellent 401k match.In this floor-based position, you will validate equipment sanitation, enforce GMP compliance, review daily quality checks, and support onboarding and training activities. You will serve as the site’s primary hands-on quality presence on the production floor, working closely with teams to reinforce food-safe practices and process compliance. Some shift flexibility is required to support the 24-hour facility.This role would suit a Quality & Sanitation Safety Specialist looking to be the go-to quality and sanitation presence at a modern facility, whilst receiving specialist training and gaining additional certifications.The Role:Validate equipment sanitation processes, monitor GMP and food-safety compliance, review daily quality checks, and support onboarding activitiesServe as the site’s hands-on quality presence on the production floor, focused on sanitation effectiveness and process complianceMonday – Friday, 7am – 4pm, with some shift flexibility requiredThe Person:Quality & Sanitation Safety Specialist / Food Safety Specialist / Quality SpecialistHands-on experience in regulated environments e.g., GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, or ISO 22000Looking for an excellent benefits package, specialist training, and the opportunity to gain additional certifications
