Training & Development Manager (Manufacturing)📍 Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)💰 $80,000 | Full-Time | Direct HireWe're seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead training initiatives in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on leadership development, workforce competency, and operational training programs. This role partners closely with plant leadership to ensure training aligns with production goals, safety standards, and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead training strategy, workforce development, and competency programs within a manufacturing settingDevelop and manage leadership training and technical training roadmapsAdminister training systems (CSOD) and track employee development progressPartner with plant leaders and operations teams to align training with production needsEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company training requirementsSupport audits and drive continuous improvement across training programsRequirements:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of training/L&D experience in manufacturing or industrial environment3+ years of project management experienceExperience developing competency-based and leadership training programsFamiliarity with manufacturing operations, safety standards, and compliance training All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
