Job Title: Appliance & Facilities Maintenance TechnicianJob Summary:A multi-site retail and food service operation is seeking an experienced Appliance & Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain equipment, building systems, and store operations. This role supports high‐traffic convenience store locations, ensuring all appliances, food service equipment, and facility systems remain fully operational and safe.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial appliances and food service equipment (refrigeration units, ovens, fryers, warmers, beverage machines, ice machines)Perform general facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor structural repairsDiagnose and repair issues with lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, and basic electrical componentsPerform plumbing repairs such as leaks, clogs, fixtures, valves, and drainsConduct preventative maintenance on appliances and facility equipment to reduce downtimeRespond to service calls and emergency maintenance issues in a timely mannerComplete work orders accurately using a CMMS or maintenance tracking systemCoordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when requiredMaintain compliance with safety, food safety, and operational standardsSupport multiple store locations as assignedQualifications:Previous experience in facilities maintenance, appliance repair, or commercial equipment serviceStrong troubleshooting skills across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and appliance systemsExperience working in retail, food service, convenience store, or high‐volume environments preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionValid driver's license and ability to travel between locationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance workPreferred Skills:Commercial refrigeration experienceHVAC preventative maintenance (filter changes, basic diagnostics)Familiarity with CMMS systemsEPA certification (a plus)Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
