Our Richmond team cultivates partnerships that enable clients to focus on their business priorities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Richmond, VA. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and monitoring budgets. Responsibilities also include assisting with financial audits, tax compliance, and ensuring that all financial processes align with company policies and regulatory standards. The Accountant will provide valuable insights to the management team by generating timely reports and identifying areas for financial improvement.QualificationsProficiency in financial accounting, general ledger management, and account reconciliationsExperience in preparing financial reports, maintaining budgets, and conducting financial analysisKnowledge of tax regulations and complianceProficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar platformsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldPrevious experience in property management or facility services accounting is a plusCPA certification or progress toward certification is highly desirable
