This role will support technology and business intelligence initiatives to deliver optimal returns on investment in coordination with the organization's goals and core values with a focus on a \"customer service\" orientation.\r\nAreas of responsibility include data management, development, database design, end user reporting and analytics needs as well as project prioritization and management.\r\nRequirements\r\n2+ years of experience in BI/Analytics at growth companies with a proven track record\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field\r\nProficiency in BI tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight or similar platforms\r\nGood experience in data visualization, statistical analysis and data reconfiguration\r\nStrategic thinking and the ability to align BI initiatives with business objectives\r\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on understanding and communicating the company's core business\r\nSolid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes\r\nKnowledge of relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and data security best practices\r\nTrack-record of contributing to highly effective BI teams with a customer service and partnering mindset\r\nExperience building & maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across departments\r\nDepth of experience implementing suitable technology for efficient data loading, governance and reporting capabilities required\r\nExperience in a metrics-driven company (especially Private Equity owned) is ideal\r\nOrganized, urgent, and accountable: gets stuff done\r\nHighly analytical mind-set; Earn respect of franchisees and cultivate strong relationships; navigate challenging situations with professionalism and confidence\r\nOffer creative and practical solutions; Utilize creativity and innovation in problem solving and applying appropriate methodologies relevant to the complexity of the challenge\r\nUnderstand future opportunities;
