Responsibilities include writing and deploying code, working with users across our organization to define requirements, providing ad-hoc reporting, assisting users, and supporting consistent, dependable operation of technology.Apply\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nPerform analysis, design, implementation, and training related to software change requests to expand and improve existing systems.\nDesign, develop, implement, and support code including: web, relational databases, and integration configuration. Utilize software development lifecycle practices and collaborate effectively with users from all departments.\nInvestigate and resolve application functionality and performance issues. Provide assistance and advice to users on effective use of applications and technology.\nProvide structured, repeatable ad-hoc reporting.\nSupport integrations with 3rd party business applications.\nManage ongoing workload of tickets and projects, communicating prioritization and status.\nContinuously develop personal expertise in technologies and standards.\nPerform all assigned job functions in compliance with the FDA’s cGMP regulations.\nCOMPETENCIES\nFamiliarity with systems analysis\nExperienced with development in at least one web/RDBMS stack\nComfortable with relational database concepts – tables, indexes, queries, stored procedures\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperienced and comfortable with enterprise business systems and data\nSelf-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong experience with Windows operating systems\nComfortable with business applications, computer systems, and general technology\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY\nThere are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThis job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and photocopiers.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.\nThe employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or stand for periods of time.
