Engineer","description":"ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments.Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Intune.Deploy and support Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.Configure and maintain VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V environments.Install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise networking equipment including firewalls, switches, and wireless infrastructure.Perform server migrations, Office 365 migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.Lead technical projects from planning through implementation.Monitor system health using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.Provide Tier III technical support and serve as the highest level of escalation.Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.Maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions utilizing Veeam or similar technologies.Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures.Participate in on-call rotation as required.Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.Required Qualifications5+ years of Systems Engineering experience.3+ years working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).Experience supporting multiple client environments simultaneously.Strong Windows Server administration experience (2016/2019/2022).Microsoft 365 administration.Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).Active Directory Group Policy.DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.VMware ESXi and/or Hyper-V.Microsoft Intune.Azure Virtual Machines.VPN technologies.PowerShell scripting.Backup and disaster recovery.Networking fundamentals including VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.Experience with cybersecurity best practices.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsAzure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305)Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MD-102)VMware VCP certificationFortinet NSECisco CCNASonicWall experienceDatto
