First Choice pays travel time & mileage reimbursement.Responsibilities:Assists patients with their daily living activitiesSpends time assisting patients with grooming to help them feel greatWorks as part of the care team to help patients reach their goals and to be comfortedAlways maintains patient comfort & safetyAttends case conference weekly to coordinate patient care with case manager & teamQualifications: Active CNA license *Please only apply if you have an active license.
