Projects may include subcontractors, high-dollar material content, and multiple internal resources.This position is intentionally structured as a developmental role, providing a clear pathway to full Project Manager responsibility over time.Candidates for consideration must live locally to one of the following areas:DFWYou will:Assist with proposal reviews, scope understanding, and internal project handoff activitiesDevelop a working understanding of project scope, schedule objectives, and execution strategySupport effective communication between the Project Manager, project team, Construction Manager, Engineering, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersAttend and document project meetings, including client, GC, and vendor coordination meetingsTrack action items and follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely completionMaintain short-interval schedules, look-ahead plans, and milestone trackingCoordinate site readiness activities and support commissioning and closeout phasesMaintain organized project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and logsAssist with change management tracking and documentation under the direction of the Project ManagerSupport cost tracking, forecasts, and Pay Application preparation as neededCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors to confirm schedules, deliverables, and documentation requirementsClearly escalate issues with supporting details to the Project Manager or Construction ManagerBecome proficient in the use of E TECH GROUP PMO methods, tools, and processesDevelop a strong understanding of E TECH GROUP’s Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) stagesParticipate in the implementation and adoption of new project management tools and processesBe an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. You have:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered1–3 years of experience in project coordination, assistant project management, field engineering, or related rolesWorking knowledge of project management principles, tools, and best practicesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, construction-driven environmentsComfort working onsite and interacting with contractors, vendors, and engineersExperience supporting schedules, documentation, and project trackingAbility to support daily onsite activities at local project sites and travel up to 30% as required for non-local projectsA DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
