Working under the guidance of senior engineers, this role is a strong fit for an engineer who is eager to learn quickly, take ownership of features and bug fixes, and grow into broader technical responsibility over time. You will collaborate closely with product management, senior engineers, and teammates to ship practical, well-engineered solutions across our SaaS products and internal tooling.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement well-scoped full-stack features and bug fixes across our portfolio of internal tools and SaaS platforms.\nDevelop frontend functionality using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.\nContribute to backend services and integrations under the direction of senior engineers.\nHelp maintain and incrementally modernize legacy applications.\nWrite and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Playwright.\nPractice document-driven and test-driven development methodologies.\nLeverage AI-enabled development tools frequently to improve productivity, code quality, and learning velocity.\nPair with senior engineers, ask thoughtful questions, and build domain knowledge quickly.\nParticipate in code reviews — both giving and receiving feedback — and apply that feedback in subsequent work.\nTriage and resolve bugs in pre-production and production systems, escalating appropriately.\nContribute to operational stability as part of the broader engineering team.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nKey Traits\nStrong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.\nHigh curiosity and learning velocity in a mixed-technology environment.\nFull-stack mindset with willingness to work across frontend and backend boundaries.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills.\nOwnership mentality at the feature and ticket level — finishes what you start and follows through.\nOpen to feedback and committed to growth.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.\nQualifications\n1–3 years of professional software development experience (substantive internships and significant project work will be considered).\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., bootcamp graduate or self-taught with a strong portfolio).\nWorking experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.\nWorking experience with at least one of the following backend languages: C#, Java, or Node.js.\nExposure to or working experience with Python preferred — used for scripting, automation, services, and data-oriented work.\nExposure to Next.js preferred.\nExperience writing automated tests; Playwright experience preferred.\nFrequent use of AI-enabled development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot).\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nEagerness to learn from senior engineers, accept feedback, and grow rapidly.\nNice to Have\nExposure to NetSuite and integration strategies for NetSuite.\nExperience building or contributing to internal tools, side projects, or open-source projects.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments.\nSchedule & Work Location\nThis is a full-time role based in Atlanta, Georgia or Scottsboro, Alabama.
